A Wedding card

This is a wedding card I made for a customer who is a good friend.
The image is from Lili of the Valley but they don't make this size any more.I was lucky to find some on eBay
It is a twisted easel card with lace over a contrasting colour and a little posy of a matching rose with lace and a bow.
I put another card on the back of it so an insert could be put into it.

  1. Hi Kay! The cards are great, well done! We used the same wedding image at a recent workshop with Yvonne, and we used dainty flowers to build up the bride's bouquet! The parchment cards are also very different! Is it vellum paper or is parchment something else?

  2. Hi Aileen, thank you.Yes its vellum and you can do some beautiful work with it.
I seen the tiny flowers that you used on Yvonnes blog and I bet you had fun with those. I did one also with Flowersoft and will finish the card and post it on here.

  3. oh wow. Yes, please post the card with Flowersoft! I think of that as a Christmas decoration as I only ever used it for snow or Santa's beard!
